To personalize your order, we can create a different color version of a given model, including ballet flats, pumps, ankle boots, and ankle boots. For boots, a custom order requires a specific calf circumference or a change in leather color.

Order personalization consists of two stages:

1. To place an order, purchase a standard color in your chosen size through the store, selecting the additional option "custom order" for a price of PLN 100. Please specify your chosen color in the order comments. After your purchase, we'll send you the standard color in your chosen size, along with a leather sample and a pre-paid return shipping label for the test pair. When choosing a size, it's best to choose the size you wear most often. If you sometimes wear a 38 and sometimes a 39, for example, the correct size for you will be a 38.
2. Once you have tried it on and chosen the perfect size and approved the leather colour, please send the standard model back using the attached label.

At this stage, you can still cancel your order if the model does not meet your expectations and the color is not to your liking.

If the item you choose is perfect and you know the right size, please send us an email confirming the size and color. We will then prepare the selected item according to your instructions within a maximum of 8 business days and ship it via your chosen shipping method.

Personalisation orders are not subject to exchange or return.

Orders are processed within 15 business days.

InPost parcel lockers for PLN 15 - your parcel will arrive within 1 to 3 days from the moment of sending.

InPost courier for PLN 14 - the shipment will reach you within 1 to 2 days from the moment of sending.

International shipping prices are available after specifying the shipping address during order completion.

Within what time frame can I make a return?

How can I make a return?
The product must not show any signs of use, so please try it on carefully, on a soft surface.

Please include the completed returns form with your shipment or send it by email to shop@miummash.com .

Please do not tape the original packaging. The box should be wrapped in paper or placed in a plastic bag.

When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment to the account from which the order was paid.

Full-grain leather

• clean the shoes of accumulated dirt and dust, preferably using a brush made of soft bristles, e.g. horsehair
• if the stains are more severe, use a damp cloth and leave to dry in a well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources
• For some types of leather, we include repair wax. For larger abrasions, use it like a crayon. Warm the wax by holding it in your hand for a moment, then paint over the abrasion. Then, gently rub the area with a dry cloth to blur the lines between the abrasion and the leather. This treatment can be used any time an abrasion or discoloration appears on the leather.
• Natural full-grain leather requires minimal care to prevent drying and cracking. It's crucial to provide good leather with the most natural nutrients and lubricants possible, which allow it to maintain its properties (breathability, elasticity, softness, depth of color) for many years.
• After prolonged use, it's a good idea to moisturize the leather with a colorless paste or beeswax-based emulsion. Commonly available pastes are highly toxic, both during production and when inhaled. Additionally, they create a coating on shoes that stops the feet from breathing. Beeswax-based pastes, on the other hand, condition and waterproof shoes, allowing feet to continue to breathe.
• We recommend SAPHIR products. The most universal is the colorless Medaille D'or 1925 wax.

Velour/Suede

• Cleaning dirt – a clean sponge and water are perfect for this. Using gentle movements, wipe away the dirt. Leave to dry, preferably for 24 hours, in a well-ventilated place, not on a radiator. You can also use proven suede cleaning products.
• We brush dry shoes first with the rubber part of the suede brush, which lifts and cleans the hairs, and then with the copper-nylon part
• We don't recommend waterproofing your shoes. Most available products contain silicones and other chemicals that create a plastic coating on the leather. This coating deprives the leather of its natural breathability and crumbles when exposed to sunlight, often damaging the leather's structure. The product we recommend is Tarrago Nano Protector.
