I was a rebellious teenager then, but the topic of shoes always connected my mom and me. We could talk about them for hours, eagerly deciding whether to make winter riding boots in cognac or caramel brown. And red suede sandals with 8- or 10-centimeter heels. A magic was created between us, something I now call resonance.
